Everyone’s Doing it: Drug Use in America
Yeah, you’ve heard rumors that your teachers and parents’ friends like to burn, but what do you know about drug use among adults…I mean, really know? As you can tell from the visual graphic below, drug use among Americans peaks during the college years, and then tends to slow down a bit as people get older. We ought to note as a corollary, that the test range for the older group is a quite a bit larger. And, let’s be honest, there are not that many septuagenarians (that we know of) that we could rightly classify as dope fiends. But with that said, the rates of drug use across geography, age and race, vary quite a bit and offers insight to who and where drugs are being consumed the most.
